At Camie Cragg Fitness, it’s not just all about working out your body. It’s also about expanding your mind. Owner, Camie Cragg, offers Camunity events – fundraisers for a cause as well as educational seminars. “A thing that stands out a little bit more for CCF is the drive and ambition to educate other people about a really, really good service or subject that could pertain to them at some point in their lives.”

The upcoming Camunity event will benefit the Each One Tell One™ organization. This group is all about dense breast tissue awareness. 40% of women have dense breast tissue. 50% of cancerous tumors are missed on mammography in women with dense breast tissue. And 70% of all cancers occur in women with dense breast tissue.

Wendy Damonte, Heather Reimer and Chiqeeta Jameson are traveling the country informing women about the dangers of dense breast tissue. It’s called The Dangerous Boobs Tour. The next stop is CCF in Reno. And the entire community is invited. “So we’re going to have a boot camp for boobs workout from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.. Then from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. we’re going to have a meet and greet breakfast and then from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. we’re going to have The Dangerous Boobs Tour™.

The event is next Saturday, October 18th. It’s a great chance to work out your body and educate your mind about dense breast tissue. For more information, log onto http://www.camiecraggfitness.com/contact-us.html
